Documents required for the DoN/DoD Civilian
Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.- SF50 - Location of employment must show Hawaii
- 3 Months of Income Verification - Income needs to be 2.5 times the rental rate of the community you are interested in
- Screening Authorization - All parties over the age of 18, unless otherwise specified in your state, must sign this document.
- Sex Offender Disclosure - Required for all applicants 18 years of age and older.
Documents required for the Military Retiree
Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.- DD214 - Needs to show “retirement” in section 23
- 3 Months of Income Verification - Income needs to be 2.5 times the rental rate of the community you are interested in
- Screening Authorization - All parties over the age of 18, unless otherwise specified in your state, must sign this document.
- Sex Offender Disclosure - Required for all applicants 18 years of age and older.

Below is a list of required documents for this property. Please review the list as you are preparing to submit your application.- Employment Verification - Letter from HR showing valid state employment.
